With the childhood inspiration, thoughts led back to a child scribbling about with their crayons or colored pencils.
Upcycled a purple collared shirt and added a muslin skirt to extend the length. Cut out oblong shapes with fabric scraps and layered them on top of the collared shirt. Outlined the edges of the fabric scraps with red, yellow, blue, and white tulle.
